The great thing about indoor plants is the fresh feeling they can bring when you are looking to DECORATE YOUR WHOLE HOME. Whether you place an accent plant here or there just to add interest in a neutral space, or want to group a display of several plants together in a foyer or entry to create a refreshing welcoming, indoor plants are a great way to add organic style and classic charm. Of course they also have the added benefit of cleaning and purifying the air indoors.
Place small and easy to grow indoor plants in garden inspired containers and group them together in a wicker basket or styled tray as a NATURAL TABLETOP DISPLAY.
Herbs are quintessential French country and some of the easiest indoor plants to grow! A simple PAIR OF POTTED HERBS in pots with lovely patina look beautiful on an kitchen island. Try displaying a collection of herbs on the kitchen counter on top of a vintage rusty scale or in an old ironstone bowl within easy reach for cooking.
Don't be afraid to MIX PLANTS together in a larger container. It created an interesting spot in your home.
Lavender is definitely a favorite of mine and so perfect for imparting classic French Country farmhouse style.
