How To Make Honey Butter

If you've never heard of this, your not alone. And seeing how I don't cook, this still caught my attention and I just might make some for myself and hubby this winter.

This flavored butter is a 4-minute recipe and doesn’t get any easier. All you need is a mixing bowl and an electric hand mixer.

  1. Beat butter until fluffy (3 minutes)
  2. Beat in honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon (if using).

This keeps well at room temperature (70˚F or cooler) and covered for up to 2 days. To make it last longer, cover and refrigerate sweet butter up to 2 weeks. You can even freeze it up to 2 months. Bring to room temperature before serving.
